Life is....

Life is an opportunity, …. benefit from it.
Life is beauty, …. admire it.
Life is bliss, …. taste it.
Life is a dream, …. realize it.
Life is a challenge, …. meet it.
Life is a duty, …. complete it.
Life is a game, …. play it.
Life is a promise, …. fulfill it
Life is sorrow, …. overcome it.
Life is a song, …. sing it.
Life is a struggle, …. accept it.
Life is a tragedy…. confront it.
Life is an adventure, …. dare it.
Life is luck, …. make it.
Life is too precious, …. do not destroy it.
Life is life, …. fight for it

My Grand daughter, Dallas, age 10 yrs old!

She is Cherokee/white. Of my three grandchildren she is far more connected to the earth and her surroundings, my grand son Dakota shows some interest but my oldest grand son Robbie has no interest at all in his heritage at this time. I pray things change in his future. I rather believe the Skills taught us by our ancestors will be what detirmines our future, if we survive to have one or not.

My grandson, Robbie, winning award at school

This is the day he made his acceptance speech for the award, the sheriff shook his hand and we were all very proud of him. He is also developing great hunting/shooting skills. One cannot look at these pic's and even begin to know what this little boy has been and is going through health-wise. He is very brave. I am so proud to call him my grandson.

My 8 yr old g/son Dakota

At first he couldnt get a girl friend at all so he told Carrie he thought his hair was the problem and showed her a pic of what he thought would get a girl. He was so sincere Carrie actually got up at 5:30 am instead of 6am to fix his hair with gel or starch or whatever ppl use. So here's a pic of Dokata in the process of getting his new 'do and afterwards. He came over very depressed and said he had to talk to me. He said now 2 girls are fighting over him at school since he changed his hair. I said Great, you wanted "a" girl friend and got 2 instead. He said there was nothing good about it. He doesnt like either one of them, he wanted another girl and she wont come near him because those 2 are hanging on him and she thinks he is "taken" And he cant get rid of them either, He was sighing so loudly with little moans here and there he sounded like a wind storm with indigestion coming. I felt so sorry for him, LOL!!! I told him he should just walk up to the little girl he likes and tell her his name and that he likes something about her, like her hair or eyes or something. He looked wild eyed and said he'd rather face a wild hog than do that. He talked and talked, the bottom line being he is giving up his new 'do so he can get rid of those girls. (The Real bottom line is he is sick of having to get up at 5:30am to get his hair "fixed" LOL!!)

World's tallest dog!

Oh wow! Look at him!!
TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A 250-pound blue Great Dane from Arizona gives new meaning to the term "big dog."

Guinness World Records says Giant George from Tucson is the tallest dog ever on record.

Guinness said Monday that he stands 3 feet, 7 inches tall from paw to shoulder, which is three-quarters of an inch taller than his closest rival - Titan, a white Great Dane from San Diego.

The 4-year-old Titan took the title of world's tallest dog in 2009 after Gibson, a Great Dane from Grass Valley, Calif., died of bone cancer.

Guinness officials say there were conflicting reports about Giant George's height, so they sent a judge to verify it.

The 4-year-old is owned by David Nasser.

About My Friend/Sister's PC

As I have previously mentioned spirit bird has been down due to a virus/worm in her pc. She really worked over and over, refusing to give up, until she had it working again. I knew she was really going through hell thinking it was a lost cause but hanging in there anyway doing her best. Yesterday she sent me an email entitled "Pic of spiritbird (taken today)" I was so ashamed of myself, I laughed and still am laughing uncontrolably. My daughter came over this morning to see a current pic of her "Aunt Bird" and wish you could have been here to see her expression and hear her scream OMG and start laughing until she was bent over clutching her stomach.
Here is the pic of spiritbird after her pc ordeal"

But true to form she has recovered nicely. And this is what both of us wanted to do to her pc when it just sat there nearly 3 days not responding to anything it was supposed to respond to:
I just had to share this with you, dear blog! I will try to do better when I am not laughing so hard, LOL!! LOL!!!

Dear Blog,

Great news!! My dear friend/sister spirit bird is back on line and I am thrilled!!!! She has sent me some great forwards and we talked a lot making up for her being off line with her pc sick with that nasty worm/virus. It takes really evil people to even think of writing nasties against people they dont even know and ruining their computers. To go into ones computer and ruin it is no different than breaking into ones home. Why? Why do some people want to hurt other people like that? What do they get out of it? A perverted sense of Power? That isnt "power".....it's stupidity at its best. I feel sorry, in a way, for the people or person who did that to my friend/sister and to millions like her, my God, I only thought I didnt have a life!! I KNOW those poor bastards dont have one!!

Well, rats!!!!

This has been one of those "If it isnt one thing its another" days! For one thing my dear friend/sister in MO got a really nasty virus/worm and is down. She is like me, she depends on her pc as all her friends live in it. I hate it when she is down! And for another thing I have been having bad headaches the past few weeks, went to the Dr about them, now today a tiny spot that looks like a little blood clot hit my eye! So I am going back to the Dr tomorrow morning and sit there until I can be worked in. I am very worried about being put in the hospital, I despise them but now I have my cat Amber and no one to care for him if I am hospitalized. And I am going to miss you, dear Blog, as you have grown to mean so much to me....sniff...sniff....
