Hello Blog!! :)

It's amazing I can get here! All of my emails are down, (netzero and gmail,) and I cant open, reply or send with them to my dear friends whom I am sure thinks I have forgotten them. I have not! All servers are very slow today but most especially those of us on Dial Up. Kindly do not forget I am on netzero, an exception to the "slow" rule....this drags like cold syrup on its best days. Today is so beautiful, so sunny and warm! I walked out on my front porch a short while ago and when the sun's rays touched me and the little whisper of a breeze played on me I felt as if my entire body was being kissed! Beautiful weather is like a lover and a friend, its gives our spirits a new outlook, a new lease, as it were, on our day to day, minute by minute life. It's uplifting and thrilling. So why am I cooped up in here talking to you, Blogger? Because I have a cat so devoted to me the little B@#^&** will shred my house if I get out of his sight! My shower curtain is no more, my drapes hang like rags and my blinds are nearly useless. The ones still intact are pulled almost up to the ceiling. Why, you ask, dont I let him outside? (and slam the door behind him and pretend I have moved) Because he just had surgery to remove his Procreation Package and has to be kept inside for two weeks......and because I love him!
And also because I am worthless at bathing cats and he rolls in the black dirt, then deposits it all over my house...kitchen counters, floors, carpets, bed and bedding, the stove....no, I cannot "just brush it off." Tried that, didnt work!  Besides, its cold outside.  
And he gets full of fleas when he goes out....sigh...and they get in the house and bite me too (I sigh here also.....) and because I go nuts when he is out of my sight so here is my sage advice to the world, if you absolutely must have a "pet" for God's sake get a fish! And put a top on the tank for your own saftey measure! I shall return when netzero lets me. :(
